“The gas from Sam's club lasts so much longer than gas from other gas stations. It takes a minute longer before you can pump so that the card goes through but there's an attendant outside and I feel safe while pumping my gas. Worth the drive for me”

Located in a doctor office so it closes earlier than most of bigger chain places/Walgreens wasn't acceptable for insurance reasons ?. And this place always get what you need. The wait times are never long and the Pharmacists are very knowledgeable, caring and eager to help with our Healthcare. I have recently been a frequent customer and Eric has been exceptional. It's nice to know your pharmacist and they know you, kinda like going to an old fashioned apothecary.”

“This Rite Aid became my default after the closing of the store on Allen Rd & Oakwood. It was sad that Allen Rd closed too it was my default since late 2012 I had a wonderful relationship with my Pharmacist they took very good care of me. Preet was at the Allen Rd location before I stared coming there and she was amazing always there smiling quick, and efficient she handled all my vaccines and covid shots so gently. Here at store #04445 Southfield Rd. location I was happy working with Pharmacist Brandon he was a sweetheart he always found good rx discounts for me, he was so easy to talk with, and briefly Preet came to the same store so I had both my best Pharmacist under 1 roof!! Now no Preet nor Brandon again, no quality phone service which I truly miss!! Rite Aid has so many great points the we will not see again, calling a pharmacy now you have to leave a number and wait for a call back regardless what your asking about then the rude managers answer NO questions nor will put you through to speak with pharmacy it's "call number and THEY will call you back," they do not attempt to find or get you discounts on Good RX or your secondary insurance. Most pharmacies left are no where near the care and quality that Rite Aid staff showed their customers! I will MISS your stores Rite Aid I hope you rebrand and open with the same staff Good Luck my fingers are crossed for NEW AID return!!! XOXO!!!”

“The staff here were so friendly and kind. I am on a medication that has been out of stock and on back order for a while and had been unable to fill through Express Scripts. I called this CVS and the pharmacist, Zayna, offered to add me to the waitlist for when the medication became available again. Well, this afternoon I got a text that it was ready and was finally able to get my medication! I know the store doesn’t have any control over when the shipments come in from the manufacturer but I still really appreciate her going above and beyond to put me on the waitlist since it helped to me get my medication, which has truly made my day! ?”

“Moe is a really great pharmacist. He's very caring and meticulous. As soon as he starts speaking, you can already tell that you're in very competent hands. I'm very glad that this place hasn't been pushed out by retail pharmacies. Places like CVS are often slow, crowded, and make a lot of mistakes. Unlike them, Moe takes the time to actually know his customers. He remembers your name, your conditions, your medications, and anything else you may possibly need. He's always on top of everything and makes sure you always get the best deal.”

“Walked into this Meijer the other day and was greeted by the nicest man ever! Donald Wells deserves a raise! He was so friendly and even under the mask you could tell he was smiling!
On a bad note, there only seems to be 2 maybe 3 cashiers open at one time! The most I have seen open at once was maybe around 10. What is the point of having 32 registers and only utilize 10 tops? Even with covid and all of the protocols in place, they should take out around 10 registers and add self checkouts where we can scan more than 20 items.”
“This pharmacy and its pharmacists have taken such good care of me that I have to share this. About 10 years ago when the opioid epidemic had pharmacists too scared to prescribe narcotics, I agitated a bulging disk and ended up in agony. No one would risk filling the script! Nowhere! I walked in to Menard, talked to the pharmacist and he told me, "If your doctor is legit, you will NEVER have a problem with me." And he kept his word. I NEVER HAD AN ISSUE.Since then, I moved too far away to stay with him. But today 3-28-24 I needed glucose strips for a no code monitor and couldn't find any pharmacy inside 20 miles that carried them. I Called Menard...OF COURSE they had what I needed! Same pharmacist, same building. It is a shame he didn't remember me because I NEVER forgot him. If you like being treated with real human decency, you owe it to your self to try this pharmacy. I'd send my own mother there. If it wasn't 40 miles away now, I never would have left.”

They even recognize faces and they know me (and from what I’ve seen, most other customers) by name.
