“I had the hardest time filling a telehealth prescription. Walgreens wouldn’t. I’ve been on this medication 15 years. West grange accepted it as long as speaking with my dr. Thank you for listening and helping!”

“This Walgreens was AWESOME on my recent visit to get a flu shot. The process was super easy, and the pharmacy staff had me in and out in under 15 minutes. They have a great room off to the side that gives plenty of privacy if you are visiting for any of the quick clinic services. I appreciated the staff taking the time to walk me through any questions I had, and get me my flu shot and on my way. PLUS, they have a great "Give a Shot" program, that benefits those not privileged enough to have access to regular vaccines and immunizations. Will definitely revisit this location.”

“Made a quick stop in across the street to the competitor West Grange, they didn't know how to do a money order . she asked me if I still wanted the stamps ,I told her no , I didn't want her to get in trouble and walked out. I come across the street to CVS paid $0.10 more for the money order but at least she knew how to do it . Got my stamps was in and out in two minutes flat .I didn't know that you had to show your ID to get a money order due to Homeland Security and drug trafficking. that's a new one on me but anything that helps I'm all for it! The moral of the story is when your employees are trained properly and they know how to do things and you charged a little more for something people will pay it because you can get what you want and get in and out quickly. When the cashier at West Grange across the street didn't know how to do a money order she has to another employee how to do the money order and the second employee did not know how to do a money order. My patience wore thin it took too long. By that time I walked out and came to my favorite place Cvs which is what I should have done in the first place and paid the $0.10 more to the people who know what they're doing.”
