“Born 1958, raised in Fraser. With my children and grandchildren living out of state I'm sending gifts regularly from this location and I'm alway treated with respect. I've been to the surrounding Post Offices out of convenience for one reason or another and haven't experienced the same level of curtious. Fraser has a great crew at our USPS.”
“I've been here 20 years, we have the best mail carriers ever, all bad weather they show, Todd was many years ago 2013, Tammy and today Frank, thank you for all you do and your kind words today Frank, just so glad I never have to worry about my mail and I miss you Tammy keep up the good work”
“Thought it was important to counter some of the negative reviews from years ago. My experience was rather pleasant, as was the friendly worker behind the counter. She helped me get a couple of packages set for mailing and informed me that the overseas package I was sending needed a customs form filled out online ahead of time. I was unaware of this but thankfully she did it for me as a courtesy. Very happy with my visit. Keep up the good work, Tina!”
“I’ve had several great experiences with this post office. I send a LOT of packages through them. They’re always happy to take my bags of packages, dump them, and bring me back my bags. When I recently accidentally dropped my check for my water bill in the blue bin outside, they were technically closed but still one employee was there and let me leave a note about what had happened. I came back the next day at the time they empty the bin and the guy came right up with my check!”
“The staff here are friendly most of time, helpful, and knowledgeable. I drop off large amounts of packages here daily and not once did one get lost yet from here.”
“The staff is always helpful. Nice place to get stamps if you are a collector; the sheets are not bent and damaged like you sometimes find at the bigger post offices.”
“Today, I had the pleasure of working with Ms.Williams. She helped me and my daughter change our address and pick up our accumulated packages and mail. She was very kind, helpful and thoughtful. Thank you!!”
“After reading many rants, negative reviews and a long thought of coming here. I still gave it a go! Why? Because I woke up with such a good vibe this morning. It must have been the nice weather. And it’s just a few blocks away from my place. It was at 10:30 am (May 10,2024) that I was there. Upon entering I was greeted with a smile and a good morning by this woman at their check out counter. It wasn’t that busy so I proceed at their Canada Post at the back. I picked up a bubble envelope for I still need to prepare my documents. The guy who was there looked at me as I set everything on a corner of the counter. I told him “Do I need to pay this (pertaining to the bubble envelope)right now?” He quickly replied “ Oh no we can do it all together once you’re done.” After finishing up there were 3 customers ahead of me but all done so fast. When it was my turn he offered me if I want it to be registered w/ tracking number. I took his offer. It didn’t cost that much and I was after my mail getting to its destination without any problem or issue. Before he hand me the receipts he shown me where the tracking numbers can be found. I bid him bye after thanking him. And so did he. It was a good experience. I guess it pays to be positive at times.”
“The staff is very helpful and appreciated by me every time I have things inside their scope. They are overworked and under recognized. That being said USPS as an entity should be ASHAMED OF THEMSELVES! I’ve only seen 2 people a lady I believe is the Post Master and one gentleman. Please get these people help and rehab the building!Again the workers are doing their best. If the front door is locked maybe they went on a rest room break. My every interaction with this team they are VERY helpful. Just be patient. If your experience push back. Just be gracious.I travel a lot and have PO Boxes in other states. Outside of South Dakota. These people the best I’ve come across.USPS your people deserve better work conditions. Leaky roofs so I’m sure mold is there.”

“I had a great experience today mailing a package at this location. They helped me avoid overpaying because I did not need priority mail, and they even gave me a candy cane! This site also delivers the packages to my home, and they corrected some issues quickly when I called in. Thank you!”
“When I went into the Fox Creek post office (on Jefferson Avenue) i was actually greeted by two employees behind the counter. That's something I hadn't experienced at this station before. The employees were friendly, answered the questions I had, and provided me with the items I needed to ship a package. The customer service was excellent.”
“I love this post office because I remember the first time I came to the post office and they gave me my package with no the post office is not giving your package away it's probably because for one you need your ID for too if you don't got your ID they not going to give you your package...”
“I prefer this post office to many others. There is plenty of free street parking, and the office is spacious. I've never seen a long line here. I'm in and out within minutes. The service is friendly too.”
“Had a more than pleasant experience filling for my son’s passport. The young lady who helped us was more than considerate and polite. Gave us the information we needed plus some smiles! Thank you for making it a lot easier for my family ?”
“Prompt, friendly, and reliable. The staff are pretty knowledgeable in regard to rates, best way to send your package, etc. The place could use a face-lift but the staff are great!”
