“Yesterday my truck wouldn’t start, and after some friends got it going, I knew the starter needed to be replaced. I first called another shop, but they didn’t really seem to care—they just told me to “bring it in whenever and we’ll get to it when we can.”
When I called Pointe Auto Tech, Mike answered and immediately treated my situation like it mattered. He told me to bring the truck straight in and not shut it off, making sure I’d get there without getting stranded. He really cared about helping me, and it showed.
Even better, they had the starter replaced and my truck back to me in less than 24 hours. That’s incredible, especially since I don’t have another vehicle to fall back on. Mike truly went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of, and I can’t thank him enough.
The price point was amazing too! Looking around and his prices are lower for sure! So excellent customer service and great prices!

“In my family, there are four drivers, and three cars. All three of my vehicles are on the road every day, without fail. So needless to say, when I found a screw in my tire, I needed a repair to be done as quickly as possible.
I called Heritage Tire In Windsor, and they were gracious enough to slot me in before the end of the day. I cannot speak highly enough for the office staff and the repair crew! They patched up my tire within 20 minutes, I was not even finished drinking my complementary coffee in the waiting room. “Great customer service, great service, great atmosphere and great people. I have been to this place maybe three times and every time that I have been here, it has been an awesome experience. This last time I needed a wheel for my jeep I think his name is Junior. He made it possible. He ordered the part. They called me the next day I went to get his serviced and it was for a wheel and it only took them under 10 minutes to put it on from the time I got there gave them my key and he came and said I was done. I highly recommend this place for your rims your tires your wheels I mean just call him find out what they do and I guarantee you will not be disappointed in the service or the products. “Let me tell you about this place ? ❤️???‼️ I've been going here for years, for different cars. If I caught a nail-they plugged it, if my tires are too bad they got used nice treaded cheap tires.. Today I went in there with my 22' black Dodge Durango on my way home from work-I caught a nail. I got to the tire shop right before they closed-5:50p and they served me right away little after business hours.. Allstate Tire has exceptional service ???? Fast+Friendly people-in and out!!! “I've been taking our cars here for a couple of years now. Bill and Steve are trustworthy and will give you an honest assessment of the work your vehicle needs and will charge a reasonable price to complete the repair. My vehicle had an issue that the dealership would've charged several hundred dollars more to repair. Steve called me after they diagnosed the problem and gave me a thorough explanation of what needed to be done and the costs before proceeding.
