“Where should I start! My experience at All Levels CrossFit has been exceptional. I heard of CrossFit before but I didn’t think I could do it! The thing about CrossFit is that it is scalable and the coaches at All Levels will always find exercises that are suitable for your level but at the same time will push you to progress.My reason for why I wanted to experience CrossFit was because I wanted to try it before I moved to Arizona to see if I liked it. Well I LOVED it! Having ADHD it has impacted various aspect of my life.I wanted to find something that improved my mental health and wow did CrossFit deliver! After every session I have far more energy, mental clarity and I’m quite productive! If you have ADHD you know this can a challenge for us! Let’s just say that after my first session I was on an incredible high. CrossFit has changed my life and my biggest regret is not trying it sooner!Being a member at All Levels this last month has been an incredible experience! From the moment I walked in everyone from the staff to members were all so welcoming and supportive. I am so grateful to have been part of such an amazing community of people. The coaches were always so patient with me trying to learn all the steps with each movement to obtain proper form. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! I hope to find a box in Arizona just as amazing as All Levels!This investment has been one of the best things I could have done for my mental health.As a Recreation Therapist we don’t always practice what we preach. I can now confidently say I have found that leisure activity that has improved my quality of life.Thank you All Levels for being apart of this journey and I look forward to seeing you all again in April!”

I love the variety of exercises and you work at your own pace, though the encouragement from the trainers to push yourself a bit further out of your comfort zone is always a plus. “I am a 48 year old wife and mother of 4 adult children. I work a full time job 6 days a week. I enjoy working out, running, riding my bike, playing softball & walking my 2 puppies daily! My schedule is jam packed everyday. I joined Iron Core Kettlebell Club in April for a 6 week program I saw on Facebook. I was hooked within the first week. The classes are 30 mins, 3 - 4 times a week. I joined because I felt I was stuck I wasn’t loosing weight or feeling like I was getting the best out of my gym workouts.
Rob and his assistants Ashley & Jazmin are amazing! They work with you, know your name & your strengths or weaknesses and make sure you’re doing everything the right way. You definitely get the best out of every single class! The classes are no more than 12 people and are offered 4 times a week with several different class times to attend morning & night. This makes it so nice to fit into a busy schedule. After the 6 week program I joined full time. The results are unbelievable. Within the 3 months I have been there I have lost 13 lbs and gained so much strength and definition. My confidence, attitude and energy is so much better! Iron Core Kettlebell is ? ? the best workout hands down.”
“Making a decision can be hard at times especially if you are not used to change. Though I believe that there is nothing permanent except change. So I have decided to finally give it a go. And I was glad that I did. Thank you Mike and everyone at Refine Fitness Studio because you made it all happen. The inspiration and motivation from everyone became my driving force. They have machines and free weights. They teach boxing, for beginners all the way up. I am just a customer with no affiliations with the gym. I honestly like the gym, and the people. I don't feel intimidating at all.”

“I love this gym so much! Ive been going here for 5 years and its great. But sometimes these 2 5'4 extremely built mini pekkas that would yell and fight and growl at me when i used the bench, and they would stay there for 5 hours at a time and sometimes use buttplugs for squats. They once broke a barbell and it was horrible. Other than that, i recommend this gym to anyone since those two weirdos left to LA.”
