“Best store I've been to in a long time!! Moe is super knowledgeable. Both Moe and Nissant are very friendly and took care of me for my cell phone screen, microphone, and the black box for t.v. including understanding the remote. If I could give more stars I would. Definitely recommend for your electronic needs. TV and couches in the waiting room so you can relax while waiting for your repairs. Awesome experience I'll never forget. Thanks Moe and Nissant it was a pleasure meeting you both. ? Just bought a new phone 10 months later and Moe is AWESOME!! PRICE was topnotch and service unbelievable unfortunately my old phone died in transfer of info but I know they took care to recover and transfer. Best place ever!! “My daughter was getting her first phone plan. I saw Costco had a deal, so I called and spoke to Mahdy about it. Mahdy was so personable and patient with all my concerns. We went in store and he was very accommodating. I would highly recommend dealing with Mahdy! I was so impressed that I came back and upgraded MY phone and plan with him!!!! “Jack (guy with the glasses) is the man! 100% Amazing service. He was knowledgeable on all phones and services. I came in with my old phone and stopped working. Jack showed the selection of phones and explained the difference between each and every single one of them. Once I made my selection on the phone, the rest was smooth sailing from there! “I’m so impressed with this place. Max is just amazing at his job. He helped me with every detail of my phone to even pairing my old phone to new one. He was very patient and made sure I understood everything before I left. Being a person in my 50’s I’m very old school but Max didn’t once make me feel out of the loop explaining every detail to me. I’m so glad I went here to see about a new phone. Best part if I had any future issues he told me to just pop in.. Few days later I did just that, unfortunately Max was not working but MJ took excellent care of me help me set up an important health sensor (app)to my Apple Watch. Went home and found that my flash light wasn’t working called the next day and tucker was more than happy to have me come back and fix it and took 100% full responsibility. came back after it was finished and found there was bubbles in the back glass the same day he took it back in and went through and fixed it with 100% responsibility on him and was more than happy. Come here if your in the business of not being scammed.”

“I came to this store for my grandmother. Was looking for phone for her to have because she lives by herself. Some lady named Sofia helped us look for a phone that my grandmother could actually operate. To my surprise my grandmother wanted a smart phone and we found a smaller one that she would be able to hold and work. The sales lady actually helped us get it all set up for her with phone numbers and everything and even gave her a quick rundown on how to operate the phone. Definitely pleased with this place and will be back.”
