“I brought my 14 year old Maltese in as a new patient with what I believed to be a respiratory infection. Blood work indicated severe liver problems, as well. The entire staff was kind, knowledgeable, and very understanding with what I was and was not able to do for my pet. The agreed upon treatment would be medication to keep her comfortable and hopefully to entice her appetite again. In the weeks of care for my dog, she has improved quite a bit on medication. If you didn’t know the blood work for her liver was bad, you wouldn’t even know my sweet, old girl had anything wrong. But, at her age and the levels of her liver function, we are aware our time with her is precious and limited. We feel like we are in very good hands with the staff and Dr. Hilton there while we continue to monitor and keep her comfortable.”

“Just stopped in yesterday to get my cat microchipped. Everyone was super helpful and kind. I accidentally went to the adoption center first but Tiffany pointed me in the right direction of the clinic. After getting him chipped, they gave me paperwork and emailed instructions on how to add my contact info to his chip.
This clinic is similar to all about animals in that you will wait for a bit in your vehicle as they are a small clinic, but they do an excellent job and you’re getting preventative care done for much cheaper than a traditional vet, so it’s not an issue for me, but something to be mindful of. I had no issues utilizing my mobile hotspot to get work done in my car.
Overall I’d absolutely go back for any non-emergency, preventative care needed for my cat!”
“Due to construction I was late to an appointment to which they still chose to see my kitten and make sure she was good and healthy. Staff was extremely kind and supportive along with caring which is what’s most important”
“Thank you for keeping our Winni alive. Without you, she would have died from Addison's Disease and you diagnosed her quickly and continue to keep her alive. We are very grateful. My appt was at 5:00. I was home by 5:40 and Winni had 3 shots, anal glands drained and lab work. We received a phone call te next day giving us a terrific update. She is so healthy. Dr.. Dexter was caring and compassionate. We love Harper Woods Vet!”

“We recently added another four legged family member to our household, that we adopted through one of MACS adoption events. The adoption process is affordable and not a lot of paperwork. Upon arriving we met Stephanie, told her a bit of our household background and what we were looking for. Stephanie was determined help us choose a dog that would be a good match for our current dog, Toby who was also present to choose a new friend. Stephanie was patient with us while meeting animals and trying to make a decision, she was also very helpful with all our concerns and questions. She had a calm no pressure kind of approach which I was very impressed by. Toby now has a new friend! A vey big thanks to MACS and people like Stephanie that are determined to find all animals a loving home. Thank you MACS for helping us find our perfect new family member.

“After a nasty fight, I had to rush one of my dogs to Dr.Urban. This was 20 minutes prior to closing. I called and explained to the receptionist the situation and that I was on the way, and Dr.Urban stayed open for me to get my dog help. I am a new patient and had never been to this office before. If that doesn't say that Dr. Urban truly cares about animals, I don't know what does! With my dog covered head to toe in mud from her scuffle, he was more than welcoming to help her. His sense of humor and thorough explanation was very comforting. Even with a big injury my dog was still wagging her tail and was very comfortable with Dr.Urban. As a 25 year old, price point is a big factor for me. I knew I could not afford thousands of dollars in vet bills. The prices Dr.Urban gave me for various medications, pain/antibiotic shots, exams, surgery, and tests was incredible. Very reasonable. He worked with me on cash pricing as well which was very appreciated. He got me in the next day after hours to perform a surgery on her to get her put back together. He has called to check on her many times outside of regular hours. My dog is doing great, she is back to her normal self. I cannot thank Dr.Urban enough for his help!”

“What an incredible organization. My dog had been diagnosed with pyometra, a fatal infection that requires surgery. I am low income, calling around and getting estimates for surgery and everywhere was saying anywhere from 1900-5500, at that point I’m devastated thinking I’m going to have to put my baby to sleep. Until I found all about animals, they are extremely helpful, compassionate, and caring of all our little furry babies. Not only were they able to schedule an emergency surgery and put her first on the list for surgeries on Monday morning, but the cost was also $420 out the door with the medications included. All about animals saved my baby, and saved me from a broken heart. I was able to pick my girl up the same day, and since she’s been home there has been no complications. I would highly recommend all about animals to anyone who’s furry baby needs any help with wellness, being neutered, or anything. Please take your babies somewhere where the workers actually enjoy their job and love the animals, and that place is all about animals. Thank you so much for everything.”

You can always get an appointment quickly during the week and if you ever have to go to the emergency vet they will promptly follow up with you the next business day with any concerns. “The Dr's always do a great job with my dog. I just wish the front desk staff was friendly. I'll go in there, and there is no hello and no eye contact...until they are ready to talk to me. I feel unwelcome. The techs and Dr's are always amazing!”
