Upset with the pharmacy and trying to get a prescription for over a week from out of town - when I went to pickup they said it was never sent although my doctor has sent it repeatedly… called to ask if I could have the fax number and they replied “no” ?

Pharmacy tech put me on hold for 5-10 min. Then proceeded to keep hanging up the call after several attempts to speak with a pharmacist.Very rude black male.

Customer Service Talent is affable and articulate and professional---all of what you would expect in keeping with the high standards of this corporation. The supervisor accessible and delightful. She would influence me to return to CVS as a repeat customer and I beleive was successful in retaining my preference of CVS for my health needs. I shop at the store on Mack Avenue next to the Krogers in Grosse Pointe Woods. I was pleased to see diverse talent being used to leverage D&I. As a matter of fact the supervisor who assisted me in understanding about CVS' use of self-check out for the customer's convience was an African American woman. Bravo CVS. I look forward to my next shopping day at your operation in Grosse Pointe Woods.

Same old thing. Dirty! Will it ever change? Just send someone outside to clean up. The area outdoors is the first impression a person gets before entering a business. Just common sense. But if you continue to leave it like this you're sales will always continue to fall.

Management was standing around ignoring customersZ at first it appeared they were looking at item on the shelf but over heard their conversation it definitely wasn’t work related. Had to I terupt after a few minutes to get assistance. I wish I would have read the reviews first.

I usually enjoy shopping at this cvs but the newest cashier has a bad attitude n not at all friendly like the others, her very long black hair wig was shedding over my items, I did not appreciate that!

There is always a long line and they make no effort to get customers in and out. They consistently lose our insurance info and have to take our cards and make us wait an even longer time for our meds.

I really like this CVS. I fill my prescriptions here and they are always prompt and accurate. I've also had flu shots here and it's been easy to walk in and get an appointment, unless it's a time when there's a rush on covid vaccine shots. The stock is great, I can always find what I need from lotion to nail polish. The staff are very pleasant. I would ignore the bad reviews on here from 3-4 years ago.
