“My 1st time here at Skylar Laundromat. Omg it’s the Cleanest I’ve ever seen. Modern reasonable prices. The machines are very clean. The Staff is very Nice & Friendly. Hanna was very helpful. She went beyond the call of assisting me. I have my own machines @ home. But needed bigger washer 4my Comforter. I will make the trip down here. Everytime comforter needs cleaning. ??”
“By far the biggest laundromat I have ever been in! Super clean and easy to use the machines. The staff on hand were incredibly kind and helpful too. “This place has 3 ways it serves the neighborhood: There is a cafe with drinks and to-go style food that is well-made and fairly priced. It has a laundry mat. And there is a nice sized upstairs space for community needs and fun stuff like ballroom dancing. People behind the counter have always been nice. The space is clean and well-lit. Free street parking is on Mack and Beals. It is a comfortable place to visit.”
“Extremely clean and wonderful service.....owner very friendly.During Covid 19 they are doing wash and fold service. Keeping in mind all sanitary precautions.Owner also purchased 4 new bigger washing machines, Everyone wants to use them. They have more cycles to choose from.”

“I had a great experience there for my first time at a laundromat! A lady named lavine was a huge help. Total it costed around 25-30 dollars to was my comforter and sheets as well along with around two loads worth of clothes. Very clean and convenient place to go to wash clothes.”

“I always get my clothes when I want or need them. They even hemmed a dress for me at a very reasonable price. I recently brought my daughter's wedding dress there, which was completely disgustingly dirty from an outdoor wedding, and I couldn't believe how great they cleaned it! It looks like brand new!!! They seem to be a very nice older couple that have been in the business for a long time. I have to admit I did leave for a few years and tried a different place, mainly because Henry's facility seemed so dirty, I couldn't imagine them cleaning my clothes. But having recently gone back, I noticed they have done some updating at least in the lobby area and it looks cleaner. I will continue to take all my clothes here to be cleaned. Thank you!”

I have never come in and didn't see someone maintaining the cleanliness of the building from the restrooms to the floors to the folding tables and the machines. “I've been searching for a new dry cleaners since I moved here. I read a bunch of reviews online and I stumbled upon this one. I like that it is located right down the street from my apartment and downtown. It allows me to get multiple things done while I'm picking up or dropping off my dry cleaning. I have no complaints. The people working the front desk were super nice and helpful. My dry cleaning was ready when I arrived this past Saturday and everything was the way it should be. This will definitely be my new dry cleaners.”

I was rather pleased to see the professional tailoring on my Navy Working Uniforms and my Dress Whites as if I had taken them to the Navy Exchange. Don't go expecting a friendly conversation, however, without any instruction, they know exactly what needs to be done. I was apprehensive at first considering there is little to no Navy presence in the state of MI, but, overall I'm very pleased with their service and will continue to return.”

Also any money lost in the machines, management will reimburse you by mail cash, and a timely manner. Super Clean Coin Laundry is the very best in Detroit hands down, if you first can get pass the area. I recommend this Laundromat to any and everyone.”

“Hands down the best laundromat I've ever been to. The owner is polite and works quickly to help and is very clean. Amenity prices are great and good atmosphere. Price to use machinery is acceptable. Also seen everything that is used gets sanitized immediately after use. Definitely the go to place to do laundry!”
