They had some items I was looking for and ordered the rest of what I needed, which showed up in just a day or two. Prices were in-line with other shops and what I found online. “As someone who is new to the sport, I couldn’t be happier to have found this place so early on. Dave is incredibly knowledgeable and very helpful. Even though he was swamped with work he took time to answer my many questions about hockey. He told me good places to go and things to look out for when it comes to equipment. Dave is in this for the love of the game and not just to make a buck and that’s increasingly hard to find in today’s world. Can’t say thank you enough for all the help. Most of all he helped me pick the right helmet for my rather large head as finding an XL helmet is very difficult. Can’t express my gratitude enough and I look forward to having my skates sharpened here as long as the doors are open!”

“Attended Nantais to have uniform fit for kids' travel team. People are knowledgeable and helpful. Probably only a few left truly Windsor Essex sports equipment supplier. In order to help local business and community, we all should shop as much as possible locally. Covid restrictions are hitting these business hard and only easy to help each other is to shop locally as long as the price is reasonable. If you play baseball, football, or any team sports, this is the place to shop as a team. Great place!”

All of their prices are listed at the counter and it’s a large enough pro shop that has seating and even a separate vending machine as well. It’s a tribute to the iconic NFL Detroit Lions Varsity Jacket originally worn by Eddie Murphy as “Axel Foley” in the Beverly Hills Cop II and III movies. It’s a phenomenal jacket.
