“My friend took his truck there to get the front ball joints and tie rods replaced. The Ford dealership had a laundry list of things that needed to be done, and wanted to charge $3000++. Upstate looked the truck over and said only the ball joints and passengers tie rod had to be done. They charged $900 for parts and labor, extremely affordable and very fast. He dropped the truck off Monday right before they closed, and we picked it up Wednesday afternoon.”
