Geremy stay until midnight to make sure that we got our car after an awful day flying. Heidi came in at midnight after one of the computers had a problem. I wish all employees were as dedicated as these two. I am very grateful, thank you!

They are so rude calling us broke when they don’t know anything, told my mom “if you don’t return the car sunday then you don’t return it” and my mom had asked if she would call the cops and the lady said “How would you ever say that” which it was a question because we just needed tk extend a day. She ended up hanging up on us. She was so rude!

Horrible experience. We drove over an hour from Escanaba to pick up rental at this airport for my mom since it was cheaper at Marquette. Had a 12:00 reservation. Nobody was at the counter when we arrived a little early. 12 came and still nobody so we called the number it said to call if nobody was there. No answer you had to leave message. Nobody called back. My mom went out to parking lot and flagged someone down while i waited at counter and he said she was probably in the garage he would go get her. Another 20 min later, still nobody. We called the number again, no answer , no callback. Again mom went out in the cold and flagged down the same man and he said he couldn't find her. Finally at 1230, we left and drove all the way back to escanaba. Called corporate on the way and reported this incident. Corporate was very friendly and took care of my mom, with a wonderful experience at the Escanaba location. Oh, and to top it off, the rude woman called my mom and accused her of not picking up the car. When my mom told her everything and called her out for not being at the counter when she knew she had a 12:00 reservation , she hung up on her! The only thing that made this experience better was corporate taking care of my mom, and the Escanaba location being amazing. We will never rent at marquette again. That lady should be fired for knowing she had a reservation and not being at the counter, and also for how she treats customers!

People at sawyer are the worst. I waited for an hour to get my car. The lady was eating and being rude. I receive an 5 year old car. Smelled like weed inside. Paid over $400 for two days.

Daphne and the whole team at Avis(Gwin airport) were amazing. Not only the best car rental experience I’ve ever had but probably the best customer service experience I’ve ever had. Top notch service and great accommodations. I will definitely use Avis again and I know Daphne will take great care of me

I had a late arriving flight, and by the time I got to the airport, the Enterprise desk had already closed meaning I could not pick up my booked vehicle. Daphne from Avis was still working, and was able to quickly get me another vehicle on the spot. Great service, great attitude and totally saved my week in Marquette because of it.

Not a hertZ location but actually independently licensed. No Gas stations to fill up within 10 miles, and they are closed early in the morning so you wont be able to keep your tank filled. No cell service for certain carriers in this location so if you have to add a location to your trip good luck. Called Hertz about charges I received on my bill, they said they could not help and had to call the local number that this location list. Called the 906 346 4355 number multiple times and it forward me to a completely different number.

My vehicle had broke down and I was 10 hours away from home. Connie from Hertz Rent A Car was AMAZING!! She found us a car at a reasonable price and we were on our way back home. I cannot say enough about how great the service was at Hertz Rent A Car and Connie! Thank you so much!
