“I reserved a “luxury SUV” at Enterprise’s Sawyer International Airport location, expecting the BMW or Lexus that was promised to me over the phone. When I arrived, I was surprised—and honestly a bit disappointed—to find that the vehicle assigned was a 2025 Dodge Durango instead. This caused a moment of frustration, as I had been picturing a different style of vehicle for the trip and would have appreciated clearer communication beforehand.

That said, the Durango turned out to be a far better experience than I anticipated. It was a higher trim level with an impressive list of features—comfortable leather seating, advanced infotainment system, smooth and quiet ride, and plenty of cargo space for luggage. It handled well on both city streets and highways, and the extra room made longer drives more enjoyable. The higher-end touches and thoughtful design really elevated it beyond what I had expected from the brand.

The pickup process itself was straightforward. The staff at the counter were professional, courteous, and quick with the paperwork, making it easy to get on the road despite the initial surprise about the model. The vehicle was spotless inside and out, fueled, and ready to go. Drop-off was just as smooth—quick inspection, no hidden fees, and I was on my way to my flight in minutes.

While I would have preferred to know in advance exactly what vehicle I’d be driving, I left pleasantly surprised by the quality of the Durango and satisfied with the overall rental experience. Enterprise at MQT delivered a clean, well-equipped SUV and professional service, and I’d rent from this location again—though I’d confirm vehicle details ahead of time to avoid any surprises.”
