It is so nice nowadays to encounter someone with a cheerful and "can do" attitude who places a high priority on customer service and operates with integrity. We no longer needed the storage unit but had used it for about a week into the final month. Brenda informed me that if they were able to find a new renter right away, she would refund me the money. Sure enough, she did and promptly refunded me the money as well as the deposit.Furthermore, I received the same excellent service with renting a UHaul vehicle from them on two occasions.
