“Got rear ended at the end of August and I brought my car into Marcel’s for a quote. They were super accommodating and informative. Thankfully, it wasn’t structural and all cosmetic so I was able to get into car in within 2 weeks and fixed it up within a week. Make sure you have rental car coverage and they’ll supply you with a rental for the duration of the fix.

“Incredible work! My car had a severe sunroof leak that left water sitting in the floorboard of my car. As a result, my carpets and the padding underneath molded all the way through and up onto my seats. The car had a horrible smell and was essentially unusable. I brought the car to Sam and the work he and his crew did on it was AMAZING!! He was so knowledgable and immediately identified what caused the leak, how to fix the damage, and how to prevent leaks in the future. They did a full replacement of the interior carpets and thoroughly cleaned the seats and interior for an extremely reasonable price. Sam was responsive, incredibly kind, and an absolute pleasure to work with. He addressed every concern I had with the car and got it looking (and smelling) like a brand new car! I am so thankful for the work Sam did and I strongly recommend going to him for any and all car needs!”

“You just got into an accident, that caused major damage to your car. What are the first things that go through your mind? First, I need to call my insurance company, second how much is this going to cost me, third, can I afford the premium to fix my car and finally, who can I trust to give me a fair price to fix my car.
This is a lot to process in a short period of time, and you are faced with hard decisions. What I learned is the insurance company will pressure you to go with their repair shop, and there is a reason why they do this.
Not understanding the process and not fully trusting my insurance company, I took my car to the repair shop the insurance company recommended. They quoted $4,000 repair minus $850 deductible I had to pay up front. Now I am at the third step, can I afford the premium to fix my car. If you are like me, an average person living paycheck to paycheck, I did not have a savings of $850. I started to research my options on the internet and found, The Collision Shop in the city of Warren. I called the Collision Shop and spoke with Ray, who explained to me his repair shop will waive my premium thus saving me money. Ray explained to me that insurance companies want you to use their recommended repair shop because their shops give insurance companies kick backs instead of giving the car owner the savings.
Trust me I was hesitant but Ray gave me the assurance that he could give me a quality repair and a huge savings. The decision was easy trust Ray, receive a quality repair and save $850.
When my insurance company realized my car was not at their recommend repair shop, I had several heated conversations with the insurance rep. I called Ray and he advised me to stop speaking with the insurance rep and let him handle the process. Again, trusting Ray, I let him deal with the insurance company.
In a short period of time Ray contacted me with the news my car has been repaired and the $850 premium was waved. Not only did Ray save me $850 but the work done on my car was so professional I did not even notice the car was ever in an accident.
In the future if I am ever in need of an honest quality car repair shop I will be calling Ray at, The Collision Shop in Warren, where they pass the savings on to customers.”
“Joe the owner is a rightous man who does great work!! Finally found a mechanic of integrity who genuinely cares for his clients and will go the extra mile to take care of you. He gave me the best deal possible giving me a discount on tow and even drove over Sunday at 530 even though they closed and 3 and I didn’t realize Hours were different that day, he knew I needed my car and went out of his way to show up. He wrote me a full statement I could take to small claims to sew Obriens in Ferndale who acted so well mannered yet when I got my car back (after just having it repaired by a trusted mechanic) there was hub cab broken which they didn’t tell me abt, shocks were suddenly “busted” (hmmm lol) and later found out they left pan off top where transmission fluid goes in! OYE. Luckily* I don’t need a new trans , caught it in time w Joes help. Forever sticking with this shop now!! Get your work done here with owner who has tire Integrity and talent for the work!!”
