CVS is a well-established business that has been serving the community for over 15 years. The store is generally clean, and the pharmacy technicians are described as sweet and understanding, greeting customers with a smile and going above and beyond to ensure affordable medication. However, some customers have reported poor customer service, with coupons being considered worthless and employees appearing to lack care for their customers.
A pleasant & informative silver-haired woman helped me. We had nice conversation and she told me about a buy one get one free offer that I benefited from. She deserves a raise & comfy working hours to fit her abilities of helping others. Very cool.

I my rescue inhaler brand was changed and submitted to my Provider with consultation nor any details. When Provider provided refills to my current; again I was never consulted, and hung up on several times in seeking information and details❗️
