She was extremely patient answered all my questions went above and beyond to help me with everything she stayed the phone, making sure I had every document to ensure I received them. I highly recommend her for her on the Exceptional Customer Service. However, most importantly, her calm and kind demeanor completely kept my anxiety down. Which for customer service is a 10/10. “I've been coming here for years and never had a mishap. However, recently, I was given a misdiagnosis, one that couldn't be feasible. I'm not sure if the it was the DMC labs fault, but I had them run the test again and it turned out to be negative. Other than that, that was the only time I've had a bad experience.”
