“It's quite an interesting store as the cashier is behind a large screen. The cashier is very old and very hostile. The place has very high security, and there are a lot of cars on the street, there were lot of parking Spaces. This place needs some change of staff. The older gentleman and middle-eastern appearing lady are extremely rude - particularly when their boss is not there. It's incredible how different their attitudes are when Frank is around. The rest of the staff is courteous and helpful though. I used to like coming in here. It's very close to my house and convenient. However, there are many other stores in the area that offer the same services with much better customer service. I'd suggest the store at Conant and Caniff over Walters. In addition to infinitely better customer service they also have a much bigger selection of.... Everything. If you don't mind being talked down to and treated like yesterday's trash Walter's is a fine place to shop. ❤️❤️❤️”

“I like this store because it's not alot of ppl hanging out around the store cause you to be scared to go in like other stores in Detroit so I come here instead. I can comfortably go in get what I'm getting a leave out without fear of ppl hanging outside only some times the high schoolers be in the way if you go during the time the school let out.”
