Their prices are less than other high end places, and everyone in the store is super friendly and personable. “My 8yr old pug has been battling skin issues for over 3 years and we explored many options with numerous vets. It was costly and every intervention failed (I can only imagine the damage to his organs it all has done)! Not once did raw diet come up when seeing the vets. “I have bought these bags multiple times now. I was primarily looking for a bag with less environmental impact and this fit. I've bought both the individual rolls and the lg roll of two hundred bags. The bags are easy to tear off the roll and easy to open for use. However, the last purchase I made the bags were tearing down the side about 30-40% of the time. I filled out the form online providing my order # (easy to find) and asking if they would consider replacing the box. The response was SAME DAY! And they went way above and beyond. There was a manufacturing issue which has been corrected and product effected removed. A new box is on the way for me AND a refund, totally more than I asked for. I liked the bags before, I will be a loyal customer going forward!! Thank you so much to Kai and the kind email exchanges. “It's a private owned pet supply, not a chain retailer... With that being said... It's not uncommon to hear the staff (or what appears like family members all working together) get into little arguments here and there. I think it's quite funny lol.. Business wise, they're cheaper than any other pet supply around. Pet smart wants to charge something like $15 for a medium sized bully stick (dog chew stick) and K9 has the same size one for $5. Great prices. Lines can get ridiculously long so you gotta learn when not to go, otherwise, it's a great store.”
