PetSmart

Pet Stores
Hours: PetSmart is a large pet supply and services retailer that offers a wide range of products and services for pets, including dogs, cats, birds, fish, reptiles, amphibians, and small animals like guinea pigs and hamsters. Customers appreciate the extensive selection of pet food and supplies available both in-store and online, with options for quick pickup. Many reviews highlight the helpful and professional staff, who provide valuable advice and support, especially for new pet owners. For example, staff members have assisted customers in choosing suitable pets, setting up tanks, and preparing for pet care, often going out of their way to ensure customers feel confident and supported. Several customers have expressed gratitude for the caring and knowledgeable team, describing their interactions as friendly and respectful, which helps especially those with disabilities feel safe and welcomed. However, there are some concerns about the fish department. Some customers found the fish selection to be subpar, with inhumane conditions such as betas displayed in tiny cups instead of proper tanks. Others noted inconsistent pricing and outdated displays, suggesting improvements are needed in these areas. The store's lighting was also mentioned as being very low, and prices were considered high by some customers. Overall, PetSmart is valued for its friendly staff, quality products, and supportive environment, making it a trusted place for pet owners to shop and seek advice. Many customers return regularly, trusting PetSmart to meet their pet care needs, with some considering the staff as part of their pet family.
