One of the worst usps I went to. Super rude staff and they get frustrated easily when I told her I needed to send my mail to a place. She just grabbed the file and it almost ripped apart. Very unprofessional somebody needs to get these people out of here and hire people that actually wanna work

I wanted to give 0 star. The lady sitting there is so rude. She always make some excuses to harrase people. I went there to return something she was telling me to remove a sticker from the box which was not needed at all. Very unprofessional.

What is this? They are extremely rude and disrespectful, especially that employee in the morning. I've never seen anyone ruder than her. It's as if she's forced to work there; she doesn't respect anyone. All the comments on the site are negative. I can't believe the management can't find a solution to this
