Always busy. The clerks do the best they can with it - a lot of the customers do not know how to mail packages and bring unlabled, unpacked items to the counter, or other things that are not post office business.

I would give zero stars if I could. The employees here, especially the one this morning, need to be retrained in basic decency. She had an unnecessarily condescending, exasperated tone. It wasn’t just me either; she was rude to the couple in front of me too. All they were asking for was clarification. I heard her tone with me and immediately left and went to another office. Don’t get me wrong, I understand some people can be a lot but neither I nor the people in front of me provoked her to speak in such a way. If you work in customer service, you should know you can’t just talk to people any way you want to, especially in an area with a high immigrant population whose first language isn’t English and who often need clarification. The people working here need more patience.

These employees should be replaced. Especially the old ones. Horrible customer service and behavior. The act like they own the place. Or they just had a fight. I would rather go to the one in Dearborn or Madison Height.

Rude and unprofessional
I ordered a package twice the first time they kept notifying me that they had trouble delivering my package I don’t see why or what was the reason except the package is heavy.. it showed that it was in the local post office ready for pickup I went to pick up an African American woman was being dismissive ,rude and no professionalism I asked for refund because package wasn’t delivered nor are they giving it to me I placed another order to my surprised same issues with delivery it I have security cameras in the many times they “ attempted to deliver “ only once they came out n put a note saying they tried delivering.. before I decided to cancel again I contacted the company for the 10th time they told me it’s there and ready for pickup not only is it inconvenient for me to go pick up but they try to give me a hard time .. someone else helped me yesterday she gave me the first and second package which I thought it was lost when the whole time she just refused to give it to me and when someone else helped me found em. It’s been almost a month of back and forth this POST OFFICE EITHER NEEDS TO TRAIN EMPLOYEES BETTER OR CLOSE DOWN AGAIN

Terrible Service and Rude Staff
I had a very disappointing experience at this post office. The staff is unprofessional, and some employees seem to be playing around instead of doing their job.
One specific incident stands out: I went to pick up a package that UPS and Amazon confirmed was available at this location. However, a heavyset African-American woman with glasses insisted the package wasn’t there. She didn’t bother checking properly and dismissed me rudely.
When I returned another day, a different employee found the package without any issue. This proves the lack of effort and care from the first employee.
The overall experience was frustrating, and the unprofessional behavior of the staff makes it clear that this branch needs serious improvement. I would not recommend using this post office.
