The person at the front desk took nearly 45min to add one driver, I checked in through the app and added my license prior, and just wanted to add one more driver. Then we walked to the truck, and there was a trailer attached to the back of it, which took even longer to be able to start driving since we had to wait for them to unhook it. So an 8 hour rental turned into a 7 hour.
The truck floor was very filthy. We had to sweep it out before loading when we got to our location. There was also a lot of cloth covers, just in a huge messed up pile in the back. Which I didn't want to use in the first place, nor have to move around trying to load stuff either.

At other sites the truck has been prepared with the moving materials that I ordered. At this site I had to wait for them to gather the blankets and furnitue dolly. Not a BIG deal, but it sure is nice when everything is ALL ready for you at the pick up time.

Don't bother trying to do a mobile self-pickup if you can visit during working hours. The team at Dave's will take care of you much better.

Depending on the time of year, there are either TONS of trailers and trucks to rent, or none at all. During the normal times when students aren't coming or going, you should be able to find what you need at (relatively) fair prices.
