“We were on a day road trip visiting Petoskey and Harbor Springs. Our car had an unexpected flat tire and a kind local resident stopped to ask if we needed help and recommended Harbor Springs Car Care. It was after hours, but their helpful tow truck driver told us where to park, fill out a after hours report and leave the form/keys in their drop box. The next day we received incredible service and information about what was the best plan for new tires due to the wear on ours.
