“I'm new to the area and had found an overpriced resale farther down into Petoskey. Friends told me about this one. I love thrift stores and shopped all over the U.S. while traveling in a camper. This is a large store. They have almost everything. I was particularly looking for a tall rolling office chair. I found 3 in the furniture section. Two were $8 each and one was $10. That was a bargain. Some of their items were a little overpriced, but as a whole, they were very reasonable. The prices were right in line with all the other thrift stores I've shopped at. You must consider the area they are located for the prices they have. At least this store is not a Goodwill supporting a million dollar CEO/President. I will definitely shop here all summer and recommend it to everyone i know.”

“I’m mostly reviewing just to clarify the donation schedule since it could be a little confusing. The store part is closed on Mondays but they accept donations from 10-4 that day. The whole staff is dedicated to donations so you’ll have lots of help unloading. They do accept donations on the other days when the store is open as well, but sometimes it takes a few minutes for someone to open the door in the drop off area. Great prices compared to Goodwill and a lot of the other resale shops. Aside from one incredibly rude lady who works the cash register, the other staff is always friendly and helpful.”

“Worst reataurant ever! Their was no menus! They were out of everything...everything...but she had a "rack of shirts or pants or tons of cool stuff including furniture"...eww. Shirt not even cooked to order. This place is a garage sale. Avoid unless u want a good deal on everything besides salad. Ewww. As if!”

“The new location is a lot nicer. Organized, eye-friendly lighting, easier to shop and I was happy to see more $5.99 tags than $7.99 (or higher). It allowed me to gather a few more goodies than I use to. I refused to pay high prices for used, DONATED stuff when I could stop at Walmart for cheaper prices and brand new clothing that didn't have someone's sweaty butt or pits in for who knows how long. They also installed a really neat, cosmic bowling lookin' counter at checkout! But most importantly, I'm hoping it continues to feel and look as clean as it did when I visited on day one. I would definitely look forward to stopping by here more regularly, before grocery outings at Meijer.”
