The truck itself was a 2025 model 1-ton diesel, low mileage, clean, and ran flawlessly. I really appreciated it being an LT trim, not work truck, as I had a 4000 mile drive in a week. Highly recommended!”

“My family & I were scammed out of $300 I wouldn’t advise anyone to do business with them . It’s sad because I’ve been doing business with them for years . I’ve called 2,4& 7 the cooperate office & the attorney general. I’ll be filing a lawsuit Monday when I meet up with my attorney. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY THIS U-HAUL SERVICE , at this location.”
“I had nothing bad to say. The only problem I had is that I was too short to see the lock word on my key box (I was assigned the top box for my key pick up). Thank goodness my son was with me. Otherwise it was the best rental experience ever. I’m a big fan of this process and the truck was perfect for my needs. I got the 10 foot box truck for my son’s move to an apartment. It was easy to load, drive and unload. Probably the cleanest, best maintained rental I’ve ever received.”

“Had to add a driver, picked up a vehical at another location ((hall rd)) worker was snippy and rude, and rude- some locations require each driver to notvonly have their ID but a. Credit/debit card-((not even to cover extra driver cost, just to have it on file apparently)). They easily added a driver were friendly and helpful, would use this location again.”
