2/12/26 Update: Took one of our cats in and met with Dr. Pilsbury. I will absolutely be asking for Dr. Pilsbury every time we come in!!! Always explains everything as well as letting you know the causes etc, which I personally appreciate! They are also willing to provide estimates prior to services rendered, which is noce. Office is always clean and smells good!!!”
“Serenity Animal Hospital is an amazing place. Not only is it beautiful inside and out, their prices are also competitive and their service is way above average. We’ve had excellent experiences both times we have been there so far. They are also extremely responsive by phone, email and text which gives us more peace of mind then we’ve had with vets in the past. Dr. Karen is the best!”

“We've been bringing our dogs here for years, everyone from the front desk team to all the vets and techs are wonderful! Compassionate, kind, friendly. Appointments almost always run on time (which is amazing for a vet clinic where there are so many variables and surprises in a day!). They're upfront about pricing, and I've never felt pressured to spend more than is necessary to care properly for our pets. We've always been so happy with Center Line Vets, but since having to say goodnight to one of our dogs so suddenly here and the support and care shown by everyone there, we could never dream of taking our pets anywhere else”

“I brought my 14 year old Maltese in as a new patient with what I believed to be a respiratory infection. Blood work indicated severe liver problems, as well. The entire staff was kind, knowledgeable, and very understanding with what I was and was not able to do for my pet. The agreed upon treatment would be medication to keep her comfortable and hopefully to entice her appetite again. In the weeks of care for my dog, she has improved quite a bit on medication. If you didn’t know the blood work for her liver was bad, you wouldn’t even know my sweet, old girl had anything wrong. But, at her age and the levels of her liver function, we are aware our time with her is precious and limited. We feel like we are in very good hands with the staff and Dr. Hilton there while we continue to monitor and keep her comfortable.”

“Ive had nothing but good expieriences with this vet. I dont say this lightly. I went through 5 other Vets until I found him. Hes a excellent Veternarian in my opinion. He treated my Harley for his allergies and other issues consistantly. Im not the kind of person who trusts people easily. Especially Veternarians. But him and his Vet Techs are awsome, professional and I like them all.”
“The doctor loves cats and it shows! My cat is extremely skittish with strangers but she let him do a thorough examination and the only blood that was shed was from my nose where her claw knicked me while I was taking her out of her carrier. We thank you and are very grateful to have a doctor that this cat actually feels comfortable with!”

“Extremely satisfied at the care that buddy got, the staff is second to none. Dr Hackle and I have known each other for a few years now and I was extremely surprised that he is over at nucci! Definitely will use nucci veterinary clinic as a permanent clinic for my rescue dogs.”
“I am very happy with the staff and the over all practice. However always double or triple check your bill before you pay! Always ask up front what the total out the door price is of everything. I was quoted over the phone $140 for a shot visit and pre-surgical check over. When it was time to pay my total was over $180. Same thing happened when we went back in for the spay. I was given a paper quote for $354 for a spay but was later charged over $430. The claim was that a wellness check needed to be performed even though we had just had a "pre-surgical" check 2 weeks prior inorder to set the spay appointment. They did "correct" it slightly, instead of paying over $430 I was credited $22. Still a difference of $50.”

“I was so happy with their anesthesia free dental cleaning for my 8 year old husky. They did a fantastic job, and I'll definitely be back if her plaque/tartar build back up. She is usually nervous at the vet, but their staff do an incredible job making her comfortable to get through the procedure.”

“Staff is always very friendly and personable, appointments are always very comprehensive, staff is honest about what costs are and aren't necessary but give their honest suggestions for what services to opt for. My pets aren't really stressed by the time we leave, and they get treats for behaving well! Definitely my preferred clinic between the two veterinary clinics I take my pets to, despite being further away for me. I also appreciate that they care for reptiles, as not many clinics locally will take reptiles.”

Not a new and fancy building, so if that is what you are looking for, you might be disappointed, but Dr. Herzog is a local treasure and will take awesome care of your pet. Also, their fees are very reasonable considering how expensive some vet care can be. Not looking forward to finding another practice when he eventually retires.”

“I love kitty doctor. They feel like family and I have a lot of trust and confidence here.The atmosphere is warm and friendly, you don't feel rushed. This is a cat-only veterinary office so you do not have to worry that your kitty is going to be exposed to bigger animals, and dogs, and get more anxious.The staff is very knowledgeable and Dr. Adrid is very caring and reliable. “Doctor ioan is the very best doctor. He is trustworthy, caring, honest, knowledgeable. He truly is in this to help animals, and a true animal lover. I would trust doctor ioan to operate on me. He has been seeing my simba since he was 8 weeks old, he has helped my dog through cancer and a number of surgeries and emergencies. Thank you doctor for always seeing us, helping us, explaining things to us. He is never rushed, answered every question and gave honest opinions. They are reasonably priced too, and can normally get you in quick.”
