“I had a car shipped from out of state and it had some upper valve train noise that I recorded. I called Bruce at Heads Up and he asked if I could come right over. After seeing and listening to the video, he said there was an issue and he'd call when I could bring it in. The call came and once there he said he'd pull the valve covers and see what was going on. A few hours later, I get a call. I was expecting a bad news call. Instead, it was to tell me he was done and come get it. Valves and rocker arm adjustments and the valve train was quiet. I have found a place for any engine work I may need in the future. Thrilled with the honesty and outcome. Thank you Bruce.”

“Select towing with the final process In Surrendering my stepdad’s vehicle he’s gotten older. He’s unable to drive so it was time, but I had a heck of a time with the financing department through Hyundai getting it done. I won’t get into the detail details of that so in the end, I was wanting some sort of documentation that it had been picked up by them.
I think the driver misunderstood the reason I wanted it because he began getting upset with me. I didn’t want it cause I didn’t trust him. I wanted it that way if the financing department gave me more problems I could have documentation that I went through the correct process and it was finished and done
I won’t get into details about the financing department, but I just wanted to have a easy finish with us and that way I knew that if they tried saying for whatever reason, somehow the car didn’t get back to that I had proof now I don’t and it has nothing to do with select towing. They called me set up an appointment. The driver was a little bit late, but that’s fine. It’s not a big deal. I know that you can’t always get places on time when you’re doing that kind of work, but I feel like the ending of the situation exasperated for no Reason and I think it was just a misunderstanding . I was no way in suggesting that the driver was not who he was and that he was anybody else that should’ve been picking up the vehicle. I just wanted to have a receipt of sort since we were surrendering the vehicle.”
