“Outstanding customer service! I had a nail in my tire. One place said it couldn’t be repaired and I was told I needed to buy 4 new tires. Another told me I needed 2 new tires because my car was AWD.
I decided to get a third opinion and sure enough it could be repaired! $40!

“I was in a seriously awkward position when I needed their services! I haven't had a flat tire in over a decade! This was the the direct result of Nissan of Macomb selling me a "certified preowned with janky a** tires! Nonetheless I knew I needed to get it fixed for safety reasons. As I sat in my car contemplating what I should do since nowt tire was all the way flat I searched and found these guys on Google with a ton of great reviews. I got my car towed here and didn't have a clue what to expect. Well expect nothing. It's a building that keeps workers warm in between fixing cars and tires. Not much to look at, but I didn't come to look I came for a new-used tire right? Well it took about 30 minutes from the time the tow guy took my car off the tow truck and when I paid! I stayed warm inside they changed my tire outside. It was inexpensive right at $40. I was able to get back to work within my lunch break window! I will use them if needed again! All workers were super friendly too!!”

“I bought a 2012 GL550 Mercedes from Tim Leslie Tire. She, who I have named Scarlett is absolutely perfect. She runs beautifully, no rust, no leaks, no issues. I replaced only wiper blades n also I bought them from the dealership. Also were cheaper than AutoZone n the correct blades for the vehicle. I enjoyed the employees, sellers n the atmosphere there. I will absolutely do business with them again for both cars and tires, which who they are originally known for. “I had a car shipped from out of state and it had some upper valve train noise that I recorded. I called Bruce at Heads Up and he asked if I could come right over. After seeing and listening to the video, he said there was an issue and he'd call when I could bring it in. The call came and once there he said he'd pull the valve covers and see what was going on. A few hours later, I get a call. I was expecting a bad news call. Instead, it was to tell me he was done and come get it. Valves and rocker arm adjustments and the valve train was quiet. I have found a place for any engine work I may need in the future. Thrilled with the honesty and outcome. Thank you Bruce.”

“We ordered a brand new aluminum radiator for our 1994 P30 chassis motorhome. we received it in about a week and a half it was all handmade the guy did it excellent job! it's way better than the original.. “Select towing with the final process In Surrendering my stepdad’s vehicle he’s gotten older. He’s unable to drive so it was time, but I had a heck of a time with the financing department through Hyundai getting it done. I won’t get into the detail details of that so in the end, I was wanting some sort of documentation that it had been picked up by them.
I think the driver misunderstood the reason I wanted it because he began getting upset with me. I didn’t want it cause I didn’t trust him. I wanted it that way if the financing department gave me more problems I could have documentation that I went through the correct process and it was finished and done
I won’t get into details about the financing department, but I just wanted to have a easy finish with us and that way I knew that if they tried saying for whatever reason, somehow the car didn’t get back to that I had proof now I don’t and it has nothing to do with select towing. They called me set up an appointment. The driver was a little bit late, but that’s fine. It’s not a big deal. I know that you can’t always get places on time when you’re doing that kind of work, but I feel like the ending of the situation exasperated for no Reason and I think it was just a misunderstanding . I was no way in suggesting that the driver was not who he was and that he was anybody else that should’ve been picking up the vehicle. I just wanted to have a receipt of sort since we were surrendering the vehicle.”

“I went here for a front end alignment on my 69 Camaro. Extremely friendly and great service!! I had my car done previously at another shop and they messed it up worse than I did after a major front end parts overhaul. Now it drives perfectly down the road with no wandering or pulling. Its a small one man shop so you'll need to make an appointment and wait to get it in, but its well worth the wait knowing that it will be done right! Old school knowledge from a younger guy that takes pride in his work. They also provide a printout of the final alignment specifications along with a very clear explanation of the results. In a day that is full of AI, emails, websites and all the other impersonal things it was very refreshing to deal with a friendly craftsman that is very good at his trade!!”
