Best Western Of Hartland offers clean, comfortable rooms that are ideal for short stays. Guests frequently praise the friendly staff, noting their excellent customer service and helpfulness, such as pointing out good local dining options. The rooms are generally tidy and pass the "black light" test, with comfortable beds, plenty of space, and good lighting. While some find the rooms somewhat dated and motel-style, many appreciate the value and cleanliness, especially considering the affordable prices. The property is quiet and conveniently located near restaurants—both steak and Mexican options across the street—and fast food places under the highway, making it a practical stop for travelers. Guests arriving late or in bad weather are greeted with a smile and prompt service, which enhances their experience. The hotel provides amenities like a fridge, microwave, and a great pool area. Although there are some minor updates needed, the overall experience is positive, with many noting the cleanliness and comfort as key highlights. However, guests should be aware that there is no elevator, which may be a consideration for those with heavy luggage.
Overpriced. Internet didn't work for half of my stay, room was kind of dingy, not very clean, fridge barely worked. People at the front desk were friendly and did their absolute best to make things right. I wouldn't stay here again.

Wi-Fi was out most of the time. Mistakes made at check-in meant I had to move rooms in the middle of my stay. Day time staff very gruff. Windows in the rooms don't lock!

The rooms were fairly clean. The man who worked on day July 14 was very friendly and helpful, it seems like he worked front desk and kitchen for breakfast. So hopefully they pay him good.
