“I had a great experience! The first time I came in I had a terrible virus and it had access to everything. Eric wiped the drivers and reinstalled windows and it ran perfectly. Then I wanted to upgrade to a new CPU and Liquid Cooling for gaming. Eric explained everything he did every step of the way and tuned it to perfection.
