He handled all our issues in a friendly , professional manner. Would recommend Chance to everyone I know. Additionally I received two texts asking for a review. On the first one I inadvertently pressed 1 thinking it was the best Extremely Satisfied. Unfortunately it was the opposite. I was unable to go back and change my choice. “I called my local Hartland store because I needed help to change my plan. As when i called the 800 # it was awful one automated system to another to a chat on my phone and I got no where snd became very frustrated. I called local Hartland store and they were MORE than helpful. He walked ne through the process and boom done! I highly recommend the Hartland Verizon store!!!”
