“I needed a new phone, so I went to the Verizon store and I met with Jordan and then I came back and met Brandi. Let me tell you these two have been the best to work with and I’ll definitely be coming back to this location. I’d give them both a 5 star rating on their patience and customer service.”

“I love this store and it’s in store experts. Chase and Cody went out of their way to help us set up our new phone after our other was stolen in France. Both Chase and Cody are super knowledgeable and patient. They made the horrible experience of having our phone pickpocketed into a very pleasant day. I wish all tech workers had these gentleman’s compassion and excellent customer service skills. Thanks again Chase and Cody. You guys are awesome and definitely huge assets to ATT.”

“I didn’t actually go to this store but just wanted to say the commercial I heard on the radio was AI generated, it sounded not great. The weird pauses and whatnot, it was obviously AI. Real people will make it feel more personal”

“If you need any help or want Boost, this is the place to go. The owner is super nice and knowledgeable in the phones he sells. He has helped me more than once with an issue on my phone. He is not out to rip people off! Great!”

“We went there since we had issues with transferring our numbers from a different carrier. We had an appointment and everything went really well. Mo and Lonzo had everything straightened out and fixed in under 30 minutes. They were courteous and their service was great.”
