“The team here is nice and honest. I was getting warning messages on the dash of my 2018 Chevrolet Silverado. The anti lock brakes, cruise control, and stabillitrak weren't working. Brought it in and was told there would be a diagnostic fee then we'd go from there. They did pull some initial fault codes but the warnings/faults went away and didn't come back. They returned my vehicle and didn't charge me anything. Suggesting I bring it in again if the issue returns. They could easily have charged me but didn't. I'm definitely coming back when my vehicle needs any type of service!”
“When I first moved to the area, my trucks wheels all of a sudden seemed to be out of balance. I thought wheel weights had fallen off. They informed me it was mud from the dirt road I lived on and didn't charge me for my ignorance. I recently had them replace my AC compressor. They had it finished in a few hours after they opened. I was happily surprised.”

Joe at the front desk makes it his priority that the job is done right. Nicholas, the store manager was checking on the progress of my repair as well. “Hey, not all home runs are measured by size or high value costs spent to reach your personal satisfaction. So, I am a nobody, living on a fixed income. Tried to repeat a simple task of a tire change for a worthy lawn tractor. Worked for 2.5 hrs in high heat, high humidity with no success in the tire change. Boom!...I wondered if the Belle Tire guys can ring that bell in doing the job. Sean, my initial counter guy, queried me tire size, remove old to install new (I removed old), asked whether a tube was required (not, was tubeless type) and indicated the tire size was too small to use a machine for the change. This guy, Sean, is undaunted and said he has a guy to do the job freehand (old school). He also added that it would be done before the end of the current day or the next morning. We'll, thanks to the skills possessed by Tech Mike Bowman, I got a call less than an hour of the drop. This problem solving, pleasant Customer Service and timely and diligent response to inform me my job was done is the reason why my wife and I depend on Belle Tire. Kudos to the Hartland, Mi franchise team!! All of the stated greetings, situational dialog, respectful promise of results for $15 job? Treat them as you would like to be treated....the future 5 star rating they get may be yours.”
