“Having lived within a couple miles of Spartan Tire & Auto since the 1990s, for some reason I waited until today to get some service done.
All I can say is I was amazed at how professional, friendly (which makes a yuge difference) and speedy these fellows are!
They also performed a multi-point inspection (for which they did not charge me) and texted a nifty link afterwards that included pictures of the maintenance issues photographed by the mechanic.
I don't like spending money; however, for all my future services, I definitely look forward to visiting this top-notch crew again!”

In a moment of oversight, I accidentally ordered summer tires in December. However, the manager was astutely observant and caught this mistake, reaching out to me the day before my scheduled appointment. Despite the all-season tires being out of stock, the manager went above and beyond by contacting a local distributor to source the correct tires. Not only did he manage to order them for next-day delivery, but he also ensured my 10 o’clock appointment was kept as scheduled.The team at Costco Tire Center displayed remarkable flexibility and customer service by seamlessly switching out my tire order with no questions asked. I came in with a punctured tire and they were very busy.
When they found out I was from out of town and had to work in the morning, they got the tire done anyways.
They also found a safety issue with my wheel and quickly and politely informed me of the issue and provided advice and options. It wasn’t an attempt to make a sale. With the wheel off, the issue was obvious. They just gave me good information and advice.
The repair was even free. Couldn’t ask for a better experience!! Would give six stars if I could.”
“I called yesterday and spoke with Nick Julet, the store manager about needing two new tires and possibly having my other tires looked at. During this conversation, I explained that I had a previous bad experience with a belle tire in our local area. Nick reassured me that they would do everything in their power to make this a great experience.
After discussing a few different options for prices and going over a few details, I was able to get a next day appointment. I showed up today about an hour and a half early to my appointment and they were able to get me in sooner and my car was done within an hour.
I normally don’t write reviews, but I have been blown away with this experience and the communication and the reassurance I have been given. We are thankful to have found a reliable tire shop!!
