“I don't automatically default to five stars, but this shop deserves it!
I went in for a small fuel leak, they spotted the issue, fixed it with a cheap/easy 'patch' and said the paperwork would take longer than the repair, 'don't worry, just come back when something big happens'.
Wow -- customer service, interested in fostering a relationship instead of just making a buck and honest all at the same time? It's a pleasure doing business with you, and you better believe I'll be back.
Thanks guys!”
“I’m a new customer who picked up new tires and an alignment. The service was timely, complete (car feels and handles great now), and honest - they told me about a bent rim I already knew about without trying to sell me on anything. Costs a little more than other tire places, and they charge 3% on any card purchases, but it’s well worth it for supporting a local shop and receiving non-predatory assistance. Will be back if I need em!”
“I'm new to the area and wasn't able to get to the shop until later in the day. The guys hooked me up and even worked past closing to finish it up. I'm sorry I forgot names, but everyone working the afternoon/evening of 8/28 was a champion 🏆”
“Steve at the front desk was amazing! I drive a wheelchair transport. I had several appointments for people who would otherwise have no transportation. I came in with a damaged tire and the crew took care of me amazing fast, so I could make all my scheduled appointments. Highly recommend!”

“Howell is lucky to have Roy's. Roy and his team are top notch professionals who go the extra mile, pay attention to detail, and can think outside the box when necessary. I won't trust anybody else and there is no reason to after getting to know Roy and his team's capabilities. I live and work in the area and have mentioned Roy's to many people and the recent project they completed for me and I am astounded by the amount of people who know Roy and have trusted his shop and have glowing things to say about him and his business. That is what I call exceptional!”
