“You have a young man that I often see working in the check-out area. He appears to have a disability of some sort. He wears glasses, has dark hair. I have only seen him on afternoon shifts.
I would like to commend this young man for his helpfulness and his attitude. He's a bright and resourceful young guy, and I'd like to see management give him the opportunities that he deserves. He always greets me with a hello, and if a customer is having difficulties, he is prompt to assist. I see a damn good person when I see this man.
