Walked in and walked out. Ridiculousness prices. Racks overflowing with inventory where you almost can't even look through - but nothing of value. Seemed extremely cherry picked. $15 for basic shoes is absurd. Cheaper to shop at a consignment store at this point.

Utterly shocked by the prices. Some of the beat up used shoes I was looking at… I found for less… brand new.

This already opened half gone tub of air dry clay with hand prints in it was listed for $5.29. That's $.30 less than the product brand new. Used coffee cups, $6. Dollar tree plastic cookie platters? $3.59. Random used ball caps? $6. Used pans? $20

Run by horrible people, I’d give zero stars if I could. Will definitely fire you for being at the hospital with your 6 month old baby who’s on a breathing tube. I’ve never had a company care so little.
Besides that worst prices in the area, I’d advise somewhere else until they change management again. There’s a reason everyone quits.

This goodwill is by far the most expensive goodwill i have been to.
$30 for used shoes?
9.99 for used toys?
$30 for a used car battery tender?
Goodwill these items are donated, be better.
I used to have so much fun just browsing around there.
The new management is the absolute worst.
Be better.

Found some real gems here! Small town flair and kind employees who were very helpful! Highly recommend and will shop there again. Prices are decent (better than a lot of Grand Rapids Goodwills).

I walked in there on 4/6/24 and when I tell you I could not believe the prices that I was seeing It is now cheaper to shop at Walmart than it is Goodwill, They wanted $70 for suitcases $70 for a set of four pans keep in mind they get their stuff donated to them for free and instead of charging a decent amount they decide to overcharge for all of their items I have never been more disappointed in a company in my life, Goodwill is supposed to be a place people can go when they need stuff cheap

Terrible service and horrible management mangers. prices where outrageous and everything in the store was unkept and items where dirty and smelled would not recommend shopping here to anyone I hope the GM of the store can get ahold of there staff and especially mangers and make some much needed changes

We needed a few blankets for our trip because we left ours at home. Nice clean store with friendly staff.
