Honestly, being able to just book the venue and show up on the day of the wedding knowing the venue setup has been done and the catering is in-house is truly invaluable. When the bridal party arrived at the venue at 8:30am the morning of the wedding, Yon and team were all present and had the venue all setup so we could decorate.

Their website also has a portal for making payments. For our blended family, this was extremely helpful so each paying family member could pay their portion directly instead of having to send the money to the bride, then the bride having to pay the venue.
We recently had planned another wedding this past year at a barn venue. No one tells you about barn swallows when you are booking a barn and half of my linens were ruined from bird droppings. At Venue 1230, you do not have to worry about this issue.”
