“Excellent staff they were great with my dog who is very shy around strangers. While the Dr was checking her and going to give her the annual shots I hated to but had to step out to use restroom. I hurried back fearing she would be very scared only to find the tech setting indian style on the floor with my dog curled up on her lap completely comfortable! Made me feel better about stepping out. Very nice Dr explained everything thoroughly etc will definitely keep using them for my Darcy's care.”

“This is somewhat late, like over a year but our Dobie had surgery at another vet in Hastings on her left leg. Long story short, I didn’t see the vet before or after the surgery, nor the next day check up even though the wound was draining copious amounts of clear drainage. Was told this was normal! NOT! That vet was in the joint and the drainage was synovial fluid. I called Broadway vet and they got her in that night. It took quite a long time to heal do to the screw up of the other vet but finally Dr Ludke fixed it. What a journey but I so appreciate her and her wonderful staff! She also saw my other dobie who was really sick the day I called. Gave her fluids and meds and my pup was better the next day. I’m so grateful she took on my three dogs after our previous veterinarian retired. She didn’t have to as there where many customers she took on for the retired vet. Staff has always been friendly and very helpful. I especially like when Pam answers, she’s very caring and has a great sense of humor!”
