Herb did an outstanding job. The vehicle looks fantastic inside and out, and the attention to detail was obvious from the moment I picked it up. Beyond the quality of the work, Herb was incredibly easy to work with throughout the entire process. Communication was excellent, pricing was fair, and the service exceeded my expectations.
One thing I especially appreciated was that I needed a ride home after dropping off the vehicle, and Herb was kind enough to personally give me a ride. That level of customer service is becoming harder and harder to find.
The Bloomfield Hills location is very convenient for my family, which makes the experience even better. Based on this experience, I plan on bringing my wife's SUV in later this summer and will absolutely be using Herb and Metro Detroit Auto Detailing again in the future.

“I had a wonderful experience with Marc at Buzz Off Auto. He repaired my convertible top, which wasn’t opening, and replaced both the driver and passenger side mirrors, as well as the inside visors. Additionally, he changed out my old headlights and fog lights and repaired my torn driver seat normal wear and tear.

“Had a great experience here. I came in with a dent on my roof and a broken shark-fin antenna. They fixed everything with paintless dent repair, and the results were excellent. I also had some scratches on my front bumper, which they buffed out on the house. Pricing was very reasonable too. Definitely recommend!”
