I felt bad about it. If anyone looking to do the same thing. I would recommend go to this bank is not busy and manager is very helpful. I’m happy about it???”

“My husband and I were short on our escrow and I wanted to pay it at the bank. I started out calling the Berkley branch. The customer service was terrible. The person at the Berkley branch would not take my calls after putting me into a vicious cycle with the automated system twice, this after assuring me, I would get a physical person. Frustrated, I called the Birmingham bank. After a very brief hold, I was told , Yes come in, we will help you. The difference in customer service was night and day. From The minute I walked in I was greeted by EVERYONE. Gidget helped me get my escrow shortage off, even waiting for my daughter to get back to us with information I didn't have. I felt like they put out a red carpet for me and its been a long time since Ive had customer service this good. Thank you Gidget and everyone the Birmingham office for your kindness, consideration and thoughtfulness. I will only use your branch in the future.”
“I had to go to this location 2 times today. After being closed yesterday for Veterans Day, they were extremely busy each time. They moved very quickly, professionally and were beyond friendly. Despite a few Karen's or Negative Nancy's complaining about the line of people (6-8 people). I mean for heaven's sake it took 5-10 minutes to move through the whole line. Kudos to an amazing staff. Shame on the lady threatening to leave a bad review after receiving incredible service. Get a life!”

“I had an appointment to open a few accounts. When I arrived the person at the front desk greeted me and asked me to have a seat, also asked if I would like coffee or water while I wait, nice touch! I opened a business and a personal account. They explained everything in detail and I was able to get a debit card immediately for both accounts and start using the accounts that day. That was good cause I had some things to take care of! I had a great experience. The staff were great; patient, friendly and explained everything to me. Not often you can go into a bank and have that type of experience!”
