“Make sure that the inside of the trucks smell fresh and clean .the one I had was stinky It smelt like someone needed to wash their butt . I had to stop, at the store to buy some disinfected spray. so that I could freshen it up a little bit . But other than that, everything was fine. Katrina has very good customer service. “This is by far the best U-Haul in Detroit! They go out of their way to insure that you have the vehicle you reserve unlike other uhauls that will give your reservation away after 10 minutes of you being late. Their customer service is professional and friendly. Their trucks is well maintained and clean. And they are very fair. Some uhauls mileage and fuel would be totally inaccurate but not these guys and if the rare case that they're paper don't match the truck they will work with you. No outrageous cleaning fees . Their overall system of operation is superb and corporate uhauls should take a few pages out of their book. I have a moving company and use them frequently. I've been to just about every U-Haul in the state and I would frequently pick theirs even when I have moves out of the city jus because I know my services will be fair and on point! Did I mention the wait time on getting your truck is extremely fast too! Even on short notice . That alone is a clear cut difference than the rest!”
