The truck itself was a 2025 model 1-ton diesel, low mileage, clean, and ran flawlessly. I really appreciated it being an LT trim, not work truck, as I had a 4000 mile drive in a week. Highly recommended!”

“PLEASE HIRE PEOPLE WHO CLEAN THE TRUCKS The manager Brock is the only person who cleans the truck Yester I got a refund my truck was filthy dash bord ,floor cup holders and floor just full of dirt and smelled horrible the back wasn't swept. Out. The manager Brock always willing to clean but his employees needs to clean clean sanitize the trucks please enforce this its a health issue . . I shouldn't have to wait for my truck to be clean once I get the keys please do better Uhaul”

He took the time to explain everything. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional yet made me feel very comfortable. I'd also like to add, my reservation was made over the phone, and the agent who took my reservation was very helpful, efficient and friendly. All in all, the whole experience was a positive one. One I'd be happy to do over if and when I'm ever in need again.”
