My boss rents trucks through them and I rent personally and it’s been nothing but good things to say about them. I was helped personally today by Brandon, Jorden, and Jason. Truck was clean when I got it and even came with a full tank! I informed them of issues with a commercial truck I drive daily from them and they reassured me they could take care of that quickly and even offered to get me into a better truck as soon as possible. “This is by far the best U-Haul in Detroit! They go out of their way to insure that you have the vehicle you reserve unlike other uhauls that will give your reservation away after 10 minutes of you being late. Their customer service is professional and friendly. Their trucks is well maintained and clean. And they are very fair. Some uhauls mileage and fuel would be totally inaccurate but not these guys and if the rare case that they're paper don't match the truck they will work with you. No outrageous cleaning fees . Their overall system of operation is superb and corporate uhauls should take a few pages out of their book. I have a moving company and use them frequently. I've been to just about every U-Haul in the state and I would frequently pick theirs even when I have moves out of the city jus because I know my services will be fair and on point! Did I mention the wait time on getting your truck is extremely fast too! Even on short notice . That alone is a clear cut difference than the rest!”

“Mike the fuel attendant guy there is awesome there's a couple other guys there that are okay also turn to get any work done on your truck though that went a timely manner or anything really done seems like it's like pulling teeth but as far as the fuel attendant guy goes he deserves a raise that should be highly discussed with rider because he deserves it more than anybody else there”
