“I went to "We Fix It" inside Batteries Plus to get my phone looked at. It keeps not recognizing that the sim card is in. Cory offered to take my whole phone apart and diagnose the problem for free! He was far too kind.Unfortunately, my phone had no visible issues so we still couldn't figure out what the problem was (I'm waiting for a new sim card to arrive, I now believe the problem is the sim card itself), but the service was phenomenal and I'll definitely be back again if I have other issues with my phone! We were there for a min getting to figure out what we needed. They were knowledgeable and helpful. My car was back on the road and sounding great within the hour.”
