“I had to take my car in for an oil change and some other unexplained issues. They were able to complete the oil change and diagnose the problem with my car rather quickly. They ordered the necessary parts and replaced them for me. Mike handled everything flawlessly, and he was undoubtedly the best. I highly recommend him.”

“This O'Reilly's has employee's that care. The best. The other night i got a hole in my radiator hose. It was right around there closing time but I needed that part to get back on the road. The Asst. Manager Gary I believe his name is went over and beyond to help me out. The kid that was working along side him you could tell was trained well as he to asked me if I needed help. Before he locked the door for the night he made sure I had everything I needed to get back up and running. Couldn't thank those guys enough. Then about a week ago I can't recall the gentleman's name but he has red hair and glasses. I needed an alternator. At most other auto parts places they throw the box on the counter and ring you up and you leave sometimes to find the part isn't what you needed or isn't the right fit. Not at this O'Reilly's the guy opened the box to double check make sure I was getting the right part. Which again shows they take pride in getting the customer the right part the first time. I will go here first from now on. They all deserve a raise.”

“I can’t share enough good things about this shop! After backing my husband’s truck into a pole I took it to numerous places to get quotes. Everyone else just wanted to replace the bumper and tailgate with new ones which was going to be big money. Bruce was able to repair my bumper for 1/3 of the cost of one of the other quotes! He was fast. The price he gave was the price I paid. The whole truck came back washed. The customer service was fabulous. I’d never go anywhere else. Bruce has real talent. We missed david at the Novi location and decided to start going to Highland location as it was more convenient for us. So so glad he decided to come back to Feldman and go to Highland!
