“got an oil change. easy and simple process. parked the car in the drive thru, signed paperwork saying it would be around $118. the guy i was with was mistaken and told me it would be under $100, and after the service, he give me a $98 dollar bill with a discount down from 118. He kept his word and told me that next time it'll be the regular 118.”
