They sent us a card in the mail and when I went back with my other dogs, I felt nothing but love from everyone. They care so much about the pets that walk through that door. My old 12lb Shitzhu (who loves everybody) is much easier to deal with and they greeted her warmly and she kept giving them tail wags and kisses. I highly recommend.”
