Worked with Micah today, and he was extremely patient, friendly, and helpful throughout the whole interaction even when we hit a few hiccups. With banking becoming more and more digital, it's awesome to still be able to stop in a branch and receive knowledgeable and personable customer service. Thanks again to Micah!
