It was my first time visiting the Hillsdale area and also my first time buying anything at Kroger, and the self checkout attendant was very helpful and patient with me while I learned their system. I thanked her many times for her help and I am beyond thrilled with the customer service. It was a great experience and would welcome the opportunity to visit again in the future!

Mixed reviews for various reasons. Generally decent store, with a few good employees.. some are better than others. I don't appreciate ones that are just standing around talking and socializing instead of doing their jobs, especially when it's busy. I don't mind bagging my own groceries at certain times, but when it's moderately busy and employees can potentially see they could and should be helping instead of just standing there watching while customers do the employee's jobs...rude.

I like their pharmacy and never really have to stand in line. They are friendly I like that they text you when they receive your prescription and let you know when it is ready

Ordered a vegie tray 2 day's before we needed it The woman took the order said it would be ready Friday at 1pm to pick up got there and NO vegie tray NICE woman that took the order put down wrong date so had to come up with plan B My plan B would be to walk out and never go back but my lady friend stayed and spent money on something else We decided to never go back Small mistakes like this will cost you dearly
