From the moment I arrived (a Monday morning right as they opened) I was greeted by everyone in the service dept.That means alot. Super friendly. They kept me informed about what was happening with my car. Explained what the car needed. And, more importantly, what my car did not need. Another dealership in Monroe told me I needed several hundred dollars worth of “fixing”.That was not true.Karen was absolutely wonderful. And I trust their service department explicitly.I will be driving 1 1/2 hour from Monroe to go to this service department from now on.

Chris Finch has helped 3 generations in my family obtain the best lease deals that work for us for the past several years. We have always been a Ford family, and he has been the most helpful salesman we have worked with. He is always proactive in searching for deals and often will notify us months in advance of our lease end if he thinks there is a great rate we need to act on early. Recently, after I explained to Chris what I could afford financially, he helped me transition from leasing to purchase of a certified pre-owned vehicle that was in great condition for a great price. He walked me through the financing options and helped me find a package that allows me to make affordable monthly payments. Highly recommend Chris and the team at Stillwell!

The salesman was very knowledgeable and a genuine gentleman.Unfortunately, I just can't bring myself to spend $53,000.00 on a Bronco.Stillwell Ford seems like a good dealership, but the prices for new vehicles and high interest rates are damaging the industry.I wish Stillwell Ford all the best!

Bought a used car and am happy with the car itself, but very unhappy with how the dealer and salesman handled everything.The car had one of its tires punctured and the dealership filled up the tires just before we got there for a planned test drive so the TPMS alert wouldn't be on the dashboard. Tire pressure alert then came on on the way back home and it later turned out that it was a slow leak from the that tire. Tire company also told us that the vehicle needs an alignment.. That's exactly the kind of issues you are trying to avoid by buying from a dealer. Disappointing, as both issues will cost me time and unplanned money.The salesman was in a hurry for a personal appointment. I told him before we drove out there from the Detroit area that I'd be happy to work with someone else at their dealership, but he insisted on staying (for his commission). Therefor the whole test driving and buying process felt pressured / rushed. He also lied to us saying the car would go to an auction if we aren't gonna buy it (as it had been sitting on the lot for 2 months) which his manager exposed a few minutes later by saying it wouldn't go to an auction. Furthermore, I have explicitly said twice that I want 36-month financing, but they just prepared the paperwork for 60-months and then said (quote) "we already pulled your credit for 60 months, do you want us to pull your credit again for 36?". I got annoyed and just signed it, as I'll be paying it off early anyways, but they seem to be living off of one time customers and not off of trusting repeat customers. Can't recommend.

Very pleasant buying experience. I dealt with Rob Sayles and he made sure I was happy with my decision from start to end. I kind of knew before visiting the specific car I was looking for based on my needs and wants, so I am hoping I made his job easy. He greeted us at the door, gave us a route to test drive which would give me a very "practical" everyday driving experience to see how the car handled at a multitude of speeds. When we returned from our drive he greeted us and asked if we needed any water or coffee, and we got to talking numbers.They had the car I have been looking for a fair priced compared to similar of the same car on the market, and the one they had had less miles and ALOT more features. I wasn't shopping out of necessity so I wouldn't have driven that far unless I felt it was worth it before hand. It was a no brainer to drive an hour from my town to test drive it, with the intent of buying it. They offered me what I would consider a very fair offer on my trade-in. One of the things that impressed me was that they made the insurance and registration transfer so easy, let me just say, that was the part I was dreading the most about car shopping.Rob messaged me some time after the purchase to check in on how my first day of ownership was going. I haven't had to use the service department yet, but I can only hope it will be just as pleasant as the experience I had when purchasing.

I ordered a 2023 Ford Escape from Stillwell and had a great experience! The vehicle even came in much sooner than expected. This is the 4th vehicle I have purchased from salesman, Roger Karr. He does an amazing job and makes the process quick! Everyone is very nice and friendly. Will be returning for my next vehicle in the future!

I bought my truck there in 2021. I can't say enough good things about the staff! Sales top notch! Finance department worked to get me the best intrest rate going. Clean modern dealership! Good selection of used car as well! You won't be sorry dealing with them.

Friendly service. Don't rely on the quoted time of your vehicle, but some things happen with length of time on vehicle repairs. Also, there is a fee to use your credit card that I wasn't aware of, however, the work was done well.

Purchased my first vehicle from Dustin at Stillwell. It was a great experience and I love my new vehicle. It was such a pleasant experience, I didn't feel pressured into buying anything above and beyond.

Very unorganized, overpriced, and overall careless dealership took my car in to get work done very minor called ahead and made an appointment and everything then they tell me to come back on that upcoming Monday and after completing the work which took 2 hours to complete there was no call that my vehicle was finished and they couldn't let me get checked out until the employee I was talking to got back from his lunch break because they were so unorganized they lost all of my paperwork ended up spending the next hour just waiting for them to find my paperwork. These people will definitely waste your time if you're not careful. What a joke

WOW what a great experience! I live in Ortonville, 123 miles away and the drive was SO worth it. My husband and I had purchased vehicles from Jim Cole in the past but left because my husband wanted a Dodge Ram. After he passed I was looking for a Ford truck again. After visiting our local Ford dealership and being disappointed in the experience I drove out to see Jim, and it was like coming home. He went above and beyond to get me exactly what I wanted within the price range I gave him. Jim is honest, professional, friendly, thinks outside of the box, and overall the best sales person I have dealt with. I would highly recommend Jim and the staff at Ken Stillwell Ford. It takes me a little under 2 hours to get there but they are so worth the drive!!!

Just amazing! Karen in Service wow, you couldn't ask for better! If you saw my review for Bell Ford my journey started there (avoid them at all cost). My check engine light came on and I have a recall on my I called for a service appointment. She looked up my car and my recall and was very nice and made the appointment that is how it should work. My car never made it to that appointment it broke down on the side of the road and was able to coast into a church driveway. My car is under warranty so it needed to go to the Ford dealer.I broke down a few miles away from Bell Ford where I purchased the car and I will never go back there. I have tow coverage but paid over $100 to have it towed there just to not deal with Bell Ford where you are treated very poorly. When you pay extra which was over $100 to have a car towed when Bell Ford is covered with no out of pocket expense just to not deal with that business it speaks volumes.But Karen is amazing she was so helpful and entered my information about my warranty so it is now there.When my car finally arrived at Stillwell Ford I met the person who would be working on my car. I was told they would call me the next day. I had also spoken to Karen the day before when I made the appointment and the day my car broke down and I called a few times to update on the arrival of my car by the tow truck it was questionable if it would make it there before they closed. She was so helpful they do not have a rental car for me yet but are working on it, I understand these things but being nice goes a long way. I also told Karen what was going on at the other dealership and the issues I was having and what they had told me about when my car would be looked at and if I bought my car from them which seemed to be a concern she said "We don't care where you bought you car" Unlike Bell Ford and even if you did buy it from them you get treated poorly). After my car gets fixed I am thinking about trading it in. And yes IT WILL BE STILLWELL FORD I will do business with. If you are wondering if I was called the next day as I am writting this it is early the next day, so I haven't heard back nor do I expect to this early. But when they do call I know they will be polite and helpful and not rude.
